CipherG Liquidity is owner-operated and capitalized by its principal. The firm trades only for its own account, so every position it holds carries its own money.
We carried these operating rules over from nine years of settling irreversible transactions. Each one applies to every venue we trade on.
Every position has a maximum loss set before entry. Exposure limits apply per contract, per event, and across the whole book.
We trade within each venue's rulebook. No wash trades, no spoofing or layering, and no trading on material non-public information.
Orders, fills, funding movements, and account activity are logged and kept, so any trade can be reconstructed on request.
One accountable principal makes the decisions. The firm answers to its own capital and to the venues it trades on.

Major marketplaces closed and regulation shifted, so we wound the business down in an orderly way rather than let it drift.
